  Complete the Fingerprinting Form and follow the instructions for digital fingerprinting. Fingerprints should be completed at any Accurate Biometrics location. All coaches must get fingerprinted.

• 3. Virtus Training

  1. Register for and attend a Virtus training class.
     • Follow Virtus Training Directions
  2. Complete the Archdiocesan Standards of Behavior within your Virtus account.

  Complete and submit the W4 form.

• 7. Mandated Reporter Training Course

  Complete the Online Mandated Reporter Training Course. Please print a copy of the certificate of completion on the final page.
